To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 83bd9 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Player's use of or inability to use the 83bd9 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if 83bd9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in any prohibited activity set out in Section 6.
• The account holder fails to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 83bd9 or provides false, misleading or fraudulent documentation in support of a KYC request.
• 83bd9 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being operated by a person under the age of 21, by a person who is self-excluded, or by an individual acting on behalf of a third party without the account holder's authorisation.
• 83bd9 is required by applicable compliance obligations to suspend the account pending investigation, including in connection with anti-money laundering obligations or a request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests placed during the suspension period will not be processed until the investigation is concluded and the account status is resolved.
